The Architectural and Landscape Guidelines are provided by Keefe Creek Developments to ensure the highest standards are in place for the development. These Guidelines are in place to ensure that the neighbourhood character is maintained in order to protect and enhance the property value for each Homeowner.

The Development Guidelines are required to be followed by all builders and homeowners. Each home should be designed to take advantage of the natural characteristics of the lot.

The Architectural and Landscape Design Consultants shall have sole discretion on final approval of any home or landscape design. The Developer shall have final authority and, at all times, may reject plans not in keeping with the styles or designs within the development and not in the best interest of adjoining homeowners and/or the development in general. It is strongly recommended that potential Homeowners and/or Builders familiarize themselves with these Design Guidelines prior to having a home designed.
